Tracie has been a huge asset to our team this year in an Operations Manager role. She works quickly and provides so much valuable insight into operations and systems. She put into place team KPI metrics and a dashboard to track those metrics every month. She takes the time to learn about your systems, people, and creates tailored suggestions on what works best for your business.
